CASE STUDY
Centralizing and Integrating Processes for Logistics Company
Replaced fragmented, outdated systems with a centralized logistics platform, improving process tracking, reducing costs, and enabling scalable growth.
Problem Solved
The project involved centralizing fragmented business processes that relied on outdated third-party software. The system, which served as the primary source of truth, made it challenging to track processes effectively. The goal was to develop a unified platform, centralizing business processes, and allowing users to efficiently manage and track their daily tasks.
Problem Solving Approach
The project began by analyzing core operational processes and understanding the capabilities of the third-party software. Architectural design was then implemented to allow seamless integration of the software and the ability to extend its functionalities.
Requirement engineering ensured the solution met all user needs, while prototype designs were used to validate the ideas with users and stakeholders.
Incremental delivery started with an operational MVP in under six months, followed by continuous software extensions to fulfill all requirements.
Outcome
The app was custom-built to meet the client’s specific needs and integrated with all necessary services, providing users with logistics process integration: a centralized platform for their business operations. This solution enabled cost reduction and enhanced business scalability, offering flexibility for future growth.
