Problem Solved
The client, operating in the heavily regulated insurance industry, faced inefficiencies, reduced accuracy and risks caused by unclear processes, missing information, unstructured documentation and lack of alignment between teams performing different activities within a process.
Problem Solving Approach
The project began with extensive research and collaboration with users and stakeholders to better understand existing processes, business logic, and operational pain points. Based on these insights, the concept was validated and transformed into a high-fidelity MVP through iterative prototyping delivered in small, manageable phases.
Following validation, the MVP evolved into a fully developed solution, insurance documentation management platform, with all features implemented from scratch. Throughout the development lifecycle, the team conducted continuous testing, gathered ongoing user feedback, and refined the solution to ensure usability, stability, and alignment with business needs.
Outcome
The MVP was designed and validated within 3 months, ensuring stakeholder approval for the development phase. MVP was developed within another three months and implementation resulted in a centralized documentation management platform, containing all necessary documentation, instructions, and configuration settings.

The project began in March 2024 and was delivered over a one-year period. MVP design was validated in June 2024, development started in July 2024, the MVP was prepared for UAT in October 2024, and the product was released to users in March 2025.
